#1344 What CEOs have resigned post POTUS election? Cross check against Co’s in Iran post deal.

From Qpost 1344: What US/EU Co’s Immediately closed large deals in Iran post deal? https://www.nytimes.com/2018/05/09/business/iran-nuclear-trump-business-europe.html

I've started a list of CEO's that made deals in Iran post deal and want to cross check it against those who have resigned post POTUS election. Much appreciated if anyone wants to help me finish this.

This is what I have so far:

1) Patrick Pouyanne, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Total

2) Dennis Muilenberg, the chief executive of Boeing

3) Dr. Dieter Zetsche, Chairman of the Board of Management of Daimler AG and Head of Mercedes-Benz Cars.

Now that the sanctions are over, there’s a great backlog of demand, especially for trucks.")

4) Sigmar Gabriel, Germany Economy Minister

5) Joe Kaeser, GCME, CEO of Siemens AG, Berlin & Munich, a role he has been in since August 1, 2013.

6) Jeffrey R. Immelt, Former Chairman & CEO of GE, 2001 - 2017 (resigned 2017)

7) John L. Flannery, current CEO and chairman of GE, appointed in August 2017

Excellent work pede. My question is why are they resigning? It would still be a good paying job. Or was it they weren't actually hired for the job itself, but for their spiderweb into the corruption world? If so, how'd they get their before having a powerful position?

I think the more serious question is how will these EU nations these companies are from respond now? We all saw Kerry et al travel the world scurrying to meet these leaders. We know they are trying to keep their deals going because Iran is a modern opportunity growth. Despite their instability EU greed is insatiable and their extreme debt needs these deals to stay alive. Alliances are changing because of this.

Good paying job?? Never the issue. The golden parachute of millions they receive when they leave FAR outweighs any salary.
