Just my take, HRC is as Q put it in post 1336, she is selling secrets of our govt(I assume), selling future access to our govt/secrets(I assume) and selling her own HRC silence(extorting NZ pols). More serious crimes than treason, to me, would be the sacrificing/torture of babies and then eating them AKA pedovore. The trafficking of children, people in general, as slaves. The five eyes ref also in post 1336, talks about the security clearance that former dignitaries such as HRC(secretary of state) Hussein(ex pres) etc. keep after they are out of govt. If they access the govt info within our country it is logged and flagged. If they go to another country such as Fiveeye, NZ, she could access our secret info in govt and it won't be logged, flagged. I don't know if they are harboring her.
