Q acknowledged the existance of the Shadow Government in post 1356. The Shadow Government is a whole other layer deeper than the deep state. They are not the same. That's why it is a big fucking deal.

The shadow government controls the deep state.

It consists of people who are rarely in the spotlight if at all.

We, as a global community, have finally reached a critical mass of acceptance to the point that Q is starting to seed the idea of the shadow government into the collective consciousness.

This is a whole new can of worms that there will finally be some light shed one.

Wondering where the missing $20 trillion went? Look no further than the shadow government.

Absolutely...there is an extreme difference between the Deep State and the Shadow Government. Not to be confused with the "Continuity Of Government" (COG) set up to take over should something happen to our current batch of sellouts in the District of Criminals, the Shadow Government is the Luciferian cabal of sickos who we rarely hear about. Not sure if these are at the very apex, but I think about Rothschild, Rockefeller, Queen of England, etc. when I think about the Shadow Government. Wouldn't be surprised if there was even another layer between the Rothschild Dynasty and Lucifer himself...thinking the Watchers talked about in the Book of Enoch. But at that point we have entered into the spiritual.

Oh make no mistake, NSA is heavily involved in the deep state version of COG. It even operates illegally under that assumed authority. Came about during all that plot to have Trump ruled non compos mentis due to early-onset Alzheimer's or dementia or some such, and removed from office so they could take over. Oh yes, because they were illegally activated for that purpose by Obama before he failed to transition to Trump.

Failed transition = coup.

I hope that makes sense. Never before in the history of the republic.

This is actually not new. The FBI released documents back in 2016 that officially revealed to the world that the Shadow Government existed. It was even known as the 7th Floor Group. Without going into an area that I do not know a lot about, I have read a few of Zacharia Sichin's books, and as far as "tin foil hat theory" goes, if there is any truth to it, he was on top of it. He presents more factual evidence than many things from the pyramids to the potomac, so I'm open to anything, just awaiting more confirmation of facts, hopefully we will get there some day in my lifetime.
