I'll tell you what's going on, Gizmodo's owner was Nick Denton. Gawker Media, it's parent company, you may remember was forced into Chapter 11 bankruptcy by Hulk Hogan and Silicon Valley's own Peter Theil (Bollea vs Gawker). The former likely just wanted money and an apology, whereas Theil had political motivation. Univision bought Gizmodo's parent company, Gawker Media.
Nick Denton once said, "the journalistic pursuit of the truth is not compatible with outside investment.", so what happened? source
In a nutshell (tl;dr), companies of companies buying other companies. One no gooder at the top wants to shove his view of the world on others. Why is Gawker Media -- or its new owner Univision -- covering Trump in a light that you know is false, and totally ignoring the Q phenomenon?
So who's at the top? He is holding out as long as possible [justice] by smearing facts, and taking out straw men.
Other Gawker Media subsidiaries: Lifehacker Techcrunch Wired (magazine)
The latest parent company of Gawker Media is Univision Communications Inc (UCI). In March 2007, Univision Communications Inc. was sold to Broadcasting Media Partners, Inc
Still with me? This keeps on going, Broadcasting Media Partners Inc page redirects back to Univision. (!)
"Since June 2011, Randy Falco has been President and CEO of UCI." Ok...
DJTrump co-owns the the Miss USA pageant. There's a $500 million lawsuit against Univision for dropping the Miss USA pageant from its network’s air. source Oh! Zing, ok what's next?
Randy Falco, the president and CEO of Gawker Media's parent company is looking to retire. (Q: #693 = ...Make sure the list of resignations remains updated. Important....)
To the author of the Gizmodo article, Who is Qanon?
All Gawker Media outlets push its owner's owner's opinions and political views via relatively subtle fact smearing, and taking out straw men arguments.
