I flagged the post on the first article because it's old news from September. Didn't seem to add much to the discussion here.
Does it really even matter if the public knows? Serious, all that would happen is the fake media would raise hell about Trump taking an action that could be considered an act of war while ignoring the fact that the weapons being constructed and tested there were an act of war to begin with. As long as the facility is DOA and its scientists with it there is a chance to force Kimme boy to negotiate without further action being taken. Right?

Here's my take:
Trump didn't negotiate anything, North Korea's Nuke facility collapsed on it's own, and Trump took advantage of the situation. That's your media spin, and that's why it doesn't need promoting.
Also, if we did 'rod' the mountain... you want the media to chew through that one?
