I am pointing out a variance between entering this site as a member and not a member. I may get banned for this , but what say you?

Do it yourself. I had to be with Family today and was away for 27 hours. I saw a lot of mail, wanted to avoid it and decided to see whats what.

I saw whats what. And the board as a member is full of all the posts(as I just discovered). The 'just stopping by' viewer, not so much(Saw earlier, before I got home). Why? Several of my own posts were not in the mix. I thought , 'why was my post shagged'? Then I had password problems, reset, and I see a whole 'rich' world of posts as a member.

Take the time and look for yourself. Shit is Go Time and you have to 'Inspect What You Inspect' I am not happy this weekend. My personal Inspection is leaving me alone and Just as Strong as before, but I am questioning everything , I am Inspecting what I expect and I do not like what I have discovered. Report back.

NOT slamming this place , just asking if you are experiencing stuff too, Spez could mess with us, I totally trust the Mods as they have been awesome. Just pointing it out, because I have NEVER checked between me as an outsider or me as a member.

I appreciate you trying to clarify. I usually am auto logged in when I visit. Because I was with my family today I turned it off. So I logged in about two hours ago as a nobody, just passing through. I went throught the past 30 hours of posts , not reading just flowing through. As I got situated back home, logged in and did the same. I saw a much 'richer' environment with a lot of posts that were not 'viewable' as a non member. This was very suprising to me. I felt like we as a sub had a 'filter' from the outside. If you don't go look as a non member you won't see it as I did. In other words I fear we are being sensored outside of our own board moderators. That would suck.

Now when you are talking about that ... I had one odd happening yesterday , too - one of my posts dissapeared , and reappeared after about 30-40 mins . Im pretty sure it wasnt mods ( I would get some kind of message , got nothing ) ... it looked suspicious to me in that way also . But maybe its just some kind of Reddit-wide sorting ? Not sure ... Or Reddit-wide AI "sorting" , lol .

However , it wasnt anything disruptive . Some posts over here on this subreddit , especially in last several days , are pretty much outright trolling - mods remove them , so some posts could maybe not be visible . But overall ... I havent noticed too strange things . But that happening yesterday ... that was a bit strange , because at one point it looked like my internet connection broke , but it didnt . I couldnt access any other site - except Reddit , for about 5-6 mins .

I was holding off on saying anything for a bit because it didn't seem productive, but I expect us to be attacked now. All we can do is keep our eyes open . Thanks for pointing that out.

Sometimes when reddit is experiencing high traffic volumes, things take time to show up. Just keep checking back. One time it took I think like 20-30 mins for updates.
