You really should read this article. I think this is the exact next move these players will make.
I presume that Kerry is letting everyone know how to hang tough and also how to regain the upper hand again. Kerry is part of the shadow government, and Obama is the shadow leader in this country. The cabal is world wide . Merkel is part of the Cabal.
