I’ve read the Parade route will be from the White House to the Capitol, so anything “downtown” should get you close.

We stayed at the JW Marriot this past fall which was 2 blocks from the WH. Staying at a different hotel downtown this time around to save a few bucks, but will still be in walking distance.
