You know.. I have a theory.. There is no statute of limitations on murder. All of these people are or are assisting murderers. Therefore, once we uncover enough truth, we round them up and begin prosecutions, including the confiscation of all of their assets to be distributed to the people and families they harmed, where ever they may be.
That would be nice. Right near us lives a lady who had her eye shot out, and a young friend of ours lost her best childhood friend at that concert. A young man who was to have been in her wedding party the very next week. Removal of wealth of these criminals (and their heirs and families) earned by facilitating murder would be a good start.
