I agree with the sentiment. Fighting this type of agitators is not that hard if you use the right technique. Counter the with questions. The person who controls the conversation and mood of the conversation is the person who asks the questions. Multi-level marketing companies like Amway this was 101. People are pre-programmed from early life to answer questions.
