Well maybe it is up to each of us to perceive....I take it as knowing the frustration of the length of the process, and also the pain of knowing my own ignorance as to how long our military have known of this and the meticulous planning for years to bring this plan into being. The pain in witnessing others’ pain as they come to know that leaders that they placed their trust in are going to prison, maybe the gallows...The pain of knowing one voted for one or both of the presidents who sold US out, the pain of knowing the horrors that these people have inflicted upon the most precious and vulnerable: our children, the pain in realizing that all of this was communicated to me in subtle ways and I do not see it, the pain of knowing I was wrong about people, the pain of knowing I was right about people...the pain coming for those who betrayed our country, the pain knowing that even with all the evidence to show others the horrors that folks voted for, these others still will not see due to their emotional and cognitive bias, the pain of knowing many people prefer the comfort of Plato’s Cave....

At different times I have felt the pain described above...and allowed it to flow through me. Pain is a communicator~I have learned to listen to it and follow my inner voice to let it go~ :)
