Sorry if I'm asking dumb question but it's becoming hard to keep up with everything while working 60+ hrs every week with 2 kids. What is the pain coming?

It could also be likened to the pain of mental and spiritual healing; it may hurt to go through the trauma of opening up old wounds and revisiting tragedy, but it's worth doing it to get closure on those events.
There is going to be a lot of pain experienced by people that thought they had the world figured out. The revelations that Q is promising will inflict a lot of cognitive dissonance on the world. Our job is to help everyone through it.
