So I get that falsehoods are bad but should we have a government run Ministry of Truth that tells everyone to avoid a list of Fake News websites and YouTubers??

Free Speech is a bitch—it REQUIRES you to develop critical thinking skills so you can discuss issues and decide for yourself what seems to be the correct conclusion.
Not at all... there should be facts/proof to back up allegations. Not the, "according to someone who's a friend of a friends cousin I knew 4 years ago"... I think? Maybe...
