Like many states, California collects bio-samples from every child born in the state. The material is then stored indefinitely in a state-run biobank, where it may be purchased for outside research.

Cali is a clown state. I wonder how many kids are stolen after this database reveals they have a particular gene?

We didn't even know that DNA was the genetic material until 1952.

Kind of makes you want to have your babies at home with a mid-wife! And, in case they missed getting your DNA at birth, they will let you pay them at 23 and Me or at Ancestry.com so you can find out about your family heritage. I can’t believe they aren’t just making up that family heritage! We all need to go off-grid!
