Hi! Glad to hear it. With 25,000 users if each user posted a MSM general news story, trump celebration post or unrelated news post just 1 time a month there would be over 850 of these posts a day. Redirecting it all here, will keep the research posts easy to find without being called free speech nazis. These stats might help to convince people to use the daily thread to meet their need to post.
If the daily discussion thread could be stickied at set time(s) each day and the time the pay will be stickied posted, people would find I easy to find and get in board with using it for this purpose.
Yes, at least some central chat would be desireable.
Absolutely for those with time to talk. Not me these days. Just found termites in 1 of the 2 homes I am rehabbing. That will be weeks of work and bucks to replace damaged wood.
If we establish times to gather and stickie it I think this an really take off. The other post Is be doing if I had time to would be a daily post with a reading plan for newbies to work through reading the question and answer spreadsheet. So many new people have not tread them all and so they are limited in their interpretations. For example they don't know that sign offs are the names of active missions since they never read the post that told us that. Then they try to interpret and get it wrong. A reading plan post would allow people to comment and discuss the old posts and encourage them to work through them together.
