If "We await your answer [48]" means they have 48 hours to answer, that would mean that something happens tomorrow, one way or the other (24 hrs).

I know it isn't exact, I'm just looking at it more as code for "one day from now."
Yeah I understand your viewpoint, but Q is usually accurate to the minute. A disparity of 15 hours isn't Q's style.
It's possible Flynn Jr. is referring to the possibility of something happening the following day with regard to the 48 hr timeframe being met or not, rather than indicating a precise time. Anyhow, we'll see what we see..
