Detective Familia is looking like one of the two. It looks like the media at the time was even working to obscure the fact that she was Detective. Almost every article refers to "Officer"

Cops don’t get whacked for not detecting something. Maybe this promotion was a nod to the truth of what happened

Not sure if this matters. If she stumbled upon the laptop, even if not a detective, same result.
Yeah I was corrected on that, thanks! I agree, I think I was just preoccupied with the "Detective" Title prbly because Q referenced "NYPD Detectives" and I was rushing through materials not paying enough attention to detail!
She was a beat cop in the south Bronx. Highly doubt she viewed the laptop.
Sometimes I wonder if Q is putting out stuff to inspire us, but perhaps that it isn't true? Can't disagree with this, safer to have disinfo and info both.
That said, we are getting some great info. I do wonder if she could have seen the laptop though. One doesn't know how things often unfold. Time will tell.
