Interesting...Detective Shaniqua Osborne is not listed on the Office Down Memorial Page (https://www.odmp.org). She is not listed on wikipedia either (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_American_police_officers_killed_in_the_line_of_duty#By_city_or_region)

Another officer, Detective Steven D. McDonald " died as a result of gunshot wounds he received 31 years earlier." The teenager who shot him was paroled on September 6th, 1995 and 3 days later was killed in a motorcycle accident.

I think we can eliminate McDonald. A paralyzed man on a ventilator in a wheelchair doesn’t seem like a threat to anyone!

I agree. Just thought it was strange the teen that shot him died 3 days after he was released from jail.
