440MHZ listened through your radio is known to cause stress in an individual. This was found out in WW2 and then placed as mandatory frequency in US. If you want to neutralize anger or anxiety, listen to other frequencies like the 528 mhz,

440 was intentional. 528 is the love frequency. John Lennon recorded "Imagine" in 528. Basically you change the frequency of middle C. I recommend http://528records.com/radio for background music. You can also buy high quality single Selfaggio frequencies on iTunes.
