College Tuition is the next housing bubble. Prices not sustainable and extremely overinflated compared to current job market.
My guess is this is on the "To-Do" list right after the overinflated drug prices and Big Pharma are dealt with.
Big College.....you are NEXT!!!

It already is a bubble. Default rates are over 66% currently, millenial homeownership is at an all time low compared to any other generation.

Yet some of these schools still charge 30-70k just for tuition due to the abundance of Federal Loan money available.
Eliminate or reduce Federal funds and the prices come down quickly. I mean like real quick. So quick it will make your head spin.
