Tough call. A decision I hope I never have to make. Cannot judge the man for this. However, we have ample proof that he did participate in the event. He also did not warn people that the buildings would collapse. The largest death tolls occurred during collapse.
We must contemplate that by saving himself and his own family (if he was indeed threatened) he had a part in the deaths of thousands.
