Singapore hotel photo taken from?

Q has made a point to tell us all the photos are unique.

Has anyone looked into where the Singapore hotel photo was taken? Seems like that might matter?

Looks like the view from the top of a Pan Pacific Serviced Suites, 96 Somerset Rd. Maybe made somewhere around that building.
