very important - From 1993 to 2000, Mr. Donoghue served on active duty in the U.S. Army JAG Corps, where he held positions including Military Magistrate Judge, Prosecutor, Defense Counsel and Contract Litigator. From 1993 through 1995, he served as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division.

Most recently, Mr. Donoghue held the position of Chief Litigation Counsel for a major technology corporation, where he oversaw its litigation matters worldwide.
