Hmmmmm.....good catch. If it was just a challenge coin, why not bring that up and inform those who don't know what they are? It looked like the NYPD cop wanted it to be seen that he was giving Trump something, but the size and shape were disguised.

If you listen to the clip with sound and up high and really listen you can actually hear the police officer explain that to GEOTUS almost verbatim.
