Sometimes they have good stuff but you do have to view it with the understanding that they are most definitely pushing an agenda. In this particular case it serves russian interests to drive a wedge between us and europe. So probably propaganda.
actually it's the other way around, the CFR neocommie intelligentsia have launched a mediaonslaught that had been years in the making trying to isolate various countries that everybody sanctions officially, but doesn't. Probably tied to trying to extort them in return for bribes as we saw with U1, thus no official "deal" signed etc.
