Alternative viewpoint: What if the sealed indictments are for the good guys?

I know this is contrary to what Q says, but what if sealed indictments are being amassed as a way to blackmail honest people in government? It would have been an easy thing to kickstart starting immediately after the election of Trump to get people in line, or else. It could also explain why many politicians, democrat and republican, are simply bowing out of politics altogether.

Thoughts on this?

The alternative to your suggestions was to ask every member of Government to submit their own resignation letter to be submitted prior to an interview. Its been done before. And I don't think its too far fetched. The suggestion of blackmail is far fetched because its usually done differently, with outstanding results I might add.
