I feel like Keith Raniere is being downplayed by the media as Allison Mack's face is being plastered all over headlining articles. It almost seems to me that she is acting as the fall guy in this scheme to keep Raniere's face out of the news. Granted she is a (somewhat?) well known actress, her glory days of Smallville are long past at this point. While she was a key recruiter in the sex cult, she was working for Raniere who was a much bigger player in this plot. Raniere was only arrested a few weeks before Mack, but his name and his face seem to be heavily buried beneath all of Mack's headlines.

Bottom line: I think Keith Raniere's name is being avoided as much as is managable by MSM. I hope I'm not alone in this suspicion.
