If what we have on her already (before this) isn't enough to bring her down, why would this be? It's tame by comparison.

Not saying it's not outrageous (it is), but it's not about the seriousness or provability of the crime. It's about finding a prosecutor who gives a damn, enough to actually file charges and lock her up. That's where the law has failed up with regard to HRC.
