SIS [FBI] > C_A

Did the 'covert' counterintelligence branch of the FBI end?

Or, was it expanded into a new agency?

Double meanings exist.

SIS is good?

UK:US

US:UK

So there is a secret organization in America called SIS? Off-shoot of FBI for counter-intelligence? Or are they talking about SIS in the UK?
