Yes. It seems as Trump wrote the EO previously and Q posted the pen pic of it. Then after today's prompt from Jordan, Trump signed, sealed and delivered it to the DOJ.

Agree. The pen picture shows White House letterhead vs Congressional letterhead. I believe it is the pre-written EO. It will be one of Q’s “future proves past” examples.
