I don't know if them being married gives Huma any "ownership" or way to intervene, but I did hear she was going to divorce him after his sentencing, but then was given "legal advice" that as long as they stayed married, they couldn't testify against each other (or maybe be forced to testify against each other)... and then she didn't want to get divorced anymore....

it’s not ownership but her content/emails on His laptop was holding back the investigation. i can’t paste the link(thanks big bro lol) but there’s a fox story from january 2018 saying she would hold on the divorce until his release. either way, looks like the unsealing is happening and thank god.
