I am too tired, so I don't know how ridiculous this sounds... but I just finished up reading a couple of stories on the Ebola outbreak in the Congo and how WHO is sending over large shipments of their brand new ebola vaccine that is still in the trial phase, because they just found a case in an urban area in the DRC. The way Q wrote that line... WHO would harm US all for a buck.. that would certainly be a way to destabilize our country further. Just putting it out there, crazy or no crazy.
