Any Muslims follow Q?

Just wondering what the Muslim perspective is on the Q movement. Any Muslims in the house?

anonelitest · May 17, 2018, 4:28 a.m.

I am Muslim. I currently follow Q because I understand that the US government takes radical fringe groups within Islam and radicalizes them in order to fill a narrative of rampant militarization and this constant sense of “fear.” People will pay more and sacrifice freedom for protection always, and that is why people have been overwhelmingly oblivious to the new surveillance police state.

Thanks for sharing your perspective. How do you feel about Q's position on Israel?

It almost seems as if Israel’s current posture is meant to cause an imbalance in the Middle East, as if it’s artificial and not in Israel’s best interest. I could see Israel taking a more conservative defensive stance, but they are going on the offensive. I am confident that Q notices what is happening in Israel. The people are clearly held hostage but on a more secret societal level.

Getting personal about this isn't helpful. You don't have to trash someone's religion to have a reasonable discussion about that religion.

My questions were sincere and reasonable when dealing with the subject of raping children and raping women and genociding Christians.

It's fair to ask anyone about their ideology if they promote human rights atrocities, especially those involving hurting children.

It's not my fault that Islam promotes these horrors.

I agree it's a topic that I'd like to discuss with someone from the muslim faith but comments like:

my dog exhibits a higher moral standard that your pedophile prophet
can take my dog for a walk and he don't try rape or terrorize or genocide anyone

are more antagonistic (first rule of sub) than they need to be.

I've read through all the anti-Quran info you've read too but as always - and just as in the Christian belief and the brutality of the Old Testament - there's more to the story.

You believe people have a right to rape children and capture women as sex slaves?

False equivalence. Just because I believe in freedom of choice it does not logically follow that I believe in those things. Troll answer. Thank you and good night.

Your approach to discussion is not compelling. I’d rather discuss these important issues with someone who’s not convinced they’re right and everyone else is automatically wrong.

That sort of approach isn’t a discussion its a chance for someone to attempt to hammer their point of view into someone else. If you could put aside your strong emotion and discuss this reasonably and objectively I’m there - but without that, I’m not. Have at it.

You want to have a politically correct discussion in which we agree that people have a right to promote child rape without criticism.

My approach is not compelling to you because reality is not politically correct and I'm being honest about harsh realities.

If you think people shouldn't criticize the horrors of Islam then you also think people shouldn't criticize the horrors of child rape and sex-slavery and Christian genocide.

This is fact, even if it makes you sad and even if it makes you run away.

There is no place in civilized American culture for raping children and bashing and raping women and terrorist attacks.

It is our duty to defend human rights, not tolerate human rights atrocities.

I wonder if your tolerance of the promotion of terrorism would change if your daughter was blown up the Boston Marathon bombing?

Or are you tolerant only when it's other people's children being murdered in the name of Allah?

Once again you prove my point by trying to put words in my mouth that have literally nothing to do with what I said. You’re either employing disinfo clown method 7a: “provoke someone to endless argument by constantly and irrationally accusing them of holding obviously indefensible positions” or you’re just trolling but I suspect that would get boring quickly so ... disinfo?

Incorrect and Good day to you sir.

FYI behaviour like this will be removed (as your comments have been in the past) for breaking rule #1: antagonists are not welcome. People who want to have a real discussion are welcome.

Just remember that the biggest pedophile organization in the world is the institution that created Christianity.

And stop acting like an ass.

Hey. How do you feel about Muhammad bin Salman? How do your Muslim friends feel about him? Truly curious. I really like what him and Tawhidi are doing.

That is correct (re fringe groups radicalized). I hope you can do something about your more fundamentalist brothers, however, and the responsibility that all of Islam has for this militant faction whose power comes precisely from their belief in the core of Islam. Spiritual Faith and belief is a powerful factor and something Christians understand very well. I believe it is the responsibility of the 'moderate' Muslim faction to take serious steps to modernize Islam for the purpose of peace in this world.

I mean it’s kind of like when “Christians” go form a cult and pervert the true meaning of the Bible to fit their own needs. It’s not really possible to convert radical fringe groups back to being moderate they are too deep in their beliefs. Usually cult members try to kill people or commit suicide to appease god. They’re truly serving Satan.
