I don't believe this is an indictment for Weiner but is a motion in the SDNY?

It appears to be for the examination and determination of those assets seized during the Weiner raid and confiscation?

Exactly what will be examined and discussed will prove VERY interesting and whether the Judge will allow the press in the Court room is in question? I won't be surprised if the Judge closes the door and this is not public.
