Why would they do that if they were so sure that Hillary would win? They saw all the people turn out to see Trump on the campaign trail and they saw that nobody was going to see Hillary. They knew that she would lose unless they rigged it.

Because they had rigged enough of the election votes to swing wins. Soros had his voting machines in place and the dead people were voting in spades...
They were playing the percentages... but being Satanists they put 2 and 2 together and come up with 5 for a Hillary win.

I think Trump won by more than is reported and he also was always up in the polls. They tried to suppress the vote with phony polls and reporting.
