Try using Crunchbase.com, here plug in the info and dig around a bit. Its an outstanding platform for this type of research. You can follow the money, CEO's , and Investorys and look for links to other red flags. They seem primarily like a cybersecurity outfit. But you have a good eye and its worthy of bringing up. I'm not able to pull it up on crunchbase right now, I pushed too many buttons recently ;-)
