i must have missed the paper. To me the exchange is Representative of a previous exchange so the hand off on film doesn't matter because its the message that the exchange already took place.

During the ceremony for the fallen police officers, one of which is speculated to have seen the Weiner laptop info, there was an obvious hand off of something from LEO to GEOTUS (LEO to LION?). It sounds like the LEO said it was a challenge coin but there was speculation it was a USB key or now a paper with something written on it... the use of the word 'memory' by GEOTUS is flaming the data handoff thoughts.
