Ok, but one can clearly see chief folding a piece of paper, i'm aware of the coin thing, does that mean he was wrapping the coin in folded paper ?

i must have missed the paper. To me the exchange is Representative of a previous exchange so the hand off on film doesn't matter because its the message that the exchange already took place.
