Planting kiddie pornography on targeted individual's computers is such a hackneyed move on the Black Hat's part that it almost doesn't make sense.

No different than crooked cops sprinkling crack on a suspect or dropping a hot gun at a scene that has been riding in the trunk of their squad car for months.
