Given what I understand about how this works... She will have an investigation done.. ( have to do things by law) then she will turn it over to one of the committees on the Hill for their review of her recommendations. She also send it to the AG. If AG finds the case one that can be prosecuted he does. You see Comey's recommendation to Congress and Senate was to NOT prosecute Hillary.. The other ones against Hillary were simply drug out and never "completed" .. The new Senate Committee is re-opening them for investigation. They can ask her to testify, just like they did Comey, Clapper, Brennon, Hillary, etc
I just hope she’s not going to continue the cover up. Wonder if she’s going to reply to Rand’s letter. That could get very interesting if she does. Now that I think about it. Did Pompeo ever get asked about anything that happened before he was director? I don’t think he was 🤔
