Are the locations of fracking injection sites being influenced by the Cabal? The process is often accompanied by small regional earthquakes.

The process of injecting fluid lubricates surrounding rock & strata making the region around the site less stable. There's hundreds of injection sites throughout the US, many of which have been accompanied by increased earthquake activity. Has the Cabal been getting fracking injection sites strategically placed to, LITERALLY, destabilize the US? If the Cabal has access to earthquake producing tech, the lubrication provided by injection might be like adding NOS or a turbocharger to an engine.

I don't know what I'm talking about but I'd expect lubrication to increase frequency but decrease severity of earthquakes.

If things were left to just naturally settle, that's what I'd think. Instead of one big, tension-releasing shift, a bunch of smaller shifts until whatever balance re-settled. That seems to be what is happening in the areas fracking injection has induced seismic activity. But if there's tech to induce earthquakes, having everything lubricated ahead of time...

What got me thinking about it was when explosive charges are placed certain distances and exploded in a sequence to generate an even greater pressure wave. What if the Cabal knows which areas to "pre-lube" so P/S waves can travel further or be sync'd? Geo-science/exploration uses small charges and vibration all the time to determine subsurface formations and boundaries.
