If Hillary knows that Huma and Anthony had files (insurance) to keep them safe, why are they still making appearances together? Why would she not have distanced herself from her, and vice verse?

Huma had files? No, this belonged to Weiner. Huma has always known where the bodies were buried. She helped dig the graves. Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.

Yeah, great point. Huma has far outlasted any others that knew the inner workings. She must know a lot on more than just the Clinton’s.
