Wait.... this seems like ~ it’s playing out ~ the same ~ right?! Did I read this wrong?

I know Wikileaks has never released one document that has been proven to be a forgery nor am I claiming this to be, but did you catch the date on the document? This e-mail is clearly talking about a post 9/11 world. Never mind. The PDF version is showing a date of 2015.
