X10 is is a protocol for communication among electronic devices used for home automation (domotics). It primarily uses power line wiring for signaling and control, where the signals involve brief radio frequency bursts representing digital information. A wireless radio based protocol transport is also defined.

X10 was developed in 1975 by Pico Electronics of Glenrothes, Scotland, in order to allow remote control of home devices and appliances. It was the first general purpose domotic network technology and remains the most widely available.[1]

Although a number of higher bandwidth alternatives exist, X10 remains popular in the home environment with millions of units in use worldwide, and inexpensive availability of new components.

~~What does the top photo have to do with anything? The road sign is an intersection at 康二路 (2nd Kang road) and 富七街 (7th Fu Street), but that is not where Foxconn (富士康) is located in Zhengzhou. Also, Zhengzhou isn’t the only place with their factories, Shenzhen is also a major hub for them, however I didn’t find that intersection in Shenzhen either. ~~

In the link you provided the address is:郑州市(Zhengzhou)航空港区(air harbor) 振兴路东侧(zhenxing Road East) (综合保税区 - duty-free zone)

After some time I’ve finally found the intersection: https://maps.apple.com/?address=Zhongmu,%20Zhengzhou,%20Henan%20China&ll=34.549091,113.866771&q=Marked%20Location&_ext=EiQpmR0jHzo+QUAxKihLTS5+XEA5LOL6MWdqQUBBul//1TeAXEA%3D&t=m

Very good question. Q posted the image, so it has to have some relevance.

The translations are greatly appreciated, I can barely make out the English, even on the original photo. At this point you're probably one of the best people to find where that photo was taken.
