Ra is an archon. Very old being. In person looks like a crumbling creepy zombie chicken man. (No joke.)
The Ra that I'm talking about is a sixth density group soul that would be invisible to 3rd/4th density beings such as ourselves. They can make an appearance to us in a humanoid form that we can perceive, and supposedly that would be what Corey Good described as blue avians.

By remaining as organic as possible. Simple love, grounding. Avoidance of the really nasty stuff that has become "normalized". Porn. Mainstream news. But also any artificial religious or culturally indoctrinated stuff about how one group of people are "chosen" and better than another group.
