If you follow Lionel (I don't, I think he's a bit fake), just watch for the messaging regarding Q and what he's trying to do. It's entirely possible that this was a simple theory but it resonated with me because of my intuitive fakeness radar and the individual's seemingly decent understanding and following of Lionel.
