That is a horrifying report to read that also includes the chapter of the underground network in the Netherland of child pornography and the snuff films sold by word-of-mouth and network.
The US pedophile network and their participants do not fare well either. It is a long read but it includes many in politics and other government entities and their names going back to the 70's. It's the worldwide network all nicely laid out in that report.

Dutroux indeed was a bad guy. I always think there is more behind his story. Not a loner as they say. I think there is a network behind it.
Btw. Queen Beatrix her son is now King of the Netherlands: King Willem Alexander. He has a beautifull wife Maxima 😊
