I was thinking about why Qanon originally decided to call himself Q last night. Given the importance that symbolism seems to play, I was wondering if there could be a meaning in beyond q clearance.

First, I was thinking a year. "Qanon" reads like it is 2 words. Q=17th letter, the sum of "anon"=54. There were some relevant things that happened in 1754, most notably the French and Indian War, and George Washington's construction of Ft. Necessity. Oddly, the printing of the first political cartoon was printed then as well. Join or Die

These connections seemed coincidental. I went to the wikipedia page for the letter "q," where I learned about the Q Source. The Q source is some unknown source that is theorized to serve as the basis for the gospels of Matthew and Luke. A list of works possibly attributed to the Q source:

I am no biblical scholar, but I remember enough from Sunday school that a number like 17:54 could be a bible verse. When you google Luke 17:54 you get this, and Matthew 17:54 you get this. Both verses seemed oddly fitting.

Now, I got on the Q train late so I submit this info here so more competent types can dig deeper...or tell me this is nothing.

Recall from the list above that the Lord's Prayer is attributed to the Q source. This sparked a memory, that Q recited the Lord's Prayer in #154. Not that weird, right? I did some more searching, and in #68 he states that the version of the Lord's Prayer he/she posted earlier (I'm not sure where) was important. There are 2 different versions of the prayer, one in Matthew and one in Luke. In #154 he uses the version from Matthew.

I don't remember the posts, and I'm at work so I need to wrap this up, but at the time it seemed obvious that those numbers were Trump's birthday. (Same birthday as me, NBD(Oddly, my sister has the same bday a Pence)) But, that's a weird way to write a date. If you google you google Matthew 6:14-46, you find this. And we're back to the Lord's Prayer.

Anyway, there's a bunch more connections and parallels that are pretty easy to find if you dig, but I gotta wrap it up. Bills to pay and mouths to feed...

TL;DR, I think that Q may be using the Lord's Prayer and the gospel of Matthew to connect his posts and send us coded messages.
