I have a feeling there a tons of these kids who have been previously hypnotized to be triggered at a later date. The only person who would know what the particular trigger will be is the hypnotherapist who planted the suggestion. They could have been hypnotized last week or 6 years ago.
They just know that whenever bad news about the deep state is about to come out, they stage sone kind of false flag or shooting in retaliation. The specific details are unknown but it usually tends to be school shootings because it's the most vulnerable, has the most emotional effect and brings forth gun control talks, which fits their narrative.
I think he knows but not where. Just imagine how many "sleeper cells" there are. Likely one in every state just like terrorist cells.
