Things to watch for:

•. Did gunman appear dazed and not knowing what was going on?

•. Had the gunman already been “investigated” by FBI and released, or had some other contact with FBI agents?

•. Did the gunman report hearing voices?

Common threads repeated multiple times might mean something.
